In Order

Your program does not fully activate until each step below is complete. Speed of execution in Week 1 determines the speed of your results. Do not wait.

Step 01

Complete Your Medical Intake Packet

You will receive a separate email from [email protected] with your medical forms — consent to treat, HIPAA acknowledgment, and medical history. Complete all forms within 48 hours.

Watch for an email from our Clinic Suite portal. This is our HIPAA compliant medical platform through First Step Health and Wellness.

Check your spam folder if you do not see it within 24 hours.

Step 02

Sign Your Client Participation Agreement

Your agreement was sent to your email and a text at enrollment. Sign it before anything else moves forward. Until this is complete, your program access is not confirmed. This triggers your Quest Diagnostics lab order.

Step 03

Schedule Your Quest Diagnostics Lab Draw

Once your medical packet is complete, your Quest lab order is activated and sent to your email. Schedule your draw immediately — labs must be completed in Week 1.

Activate Your Everfit App

Click the link below to activate your Everfit App. Create account and complete all onboarding tasks within 48 hours. Your training program, nutrition plan, and all coaching communication lives inside Everfit.

Step 05

Your Protocol Reveal Call — Coach Schedules This

Once your labs are back and our clinical team has reviewed everything — your bloodwork, Everfit intake, and full health history — Coach J. Morgan will send you a booking link directly.

You do not schedule this call yourself. We come to you.

This is where your personalized protocol is revealed. We walk through your labs together, explain what we found, and tell you exactly what we're prescribing and why. This is the most important call of your entire 12 weeks. Come prepared.

Execution Begins

Full Protocol Live

Your complete protocol activates. Training, nutrition, and clinical interventions running simultaneously. Weekly Everfit check-ins begin.

Mid-Check

Week 4 Coaching Touchpoint

Scheduled 1:1 with Coach J. Morgan. We assess early progress, address friction points, and adjust the protocol if needed. Come with your data from Everfit and specific questions.

05-07

Deep Execution

Compound Phase

This is where the protocol compounds. Stay consistent with training, nutrition logging, and weekly Everfit check-ins. Results accelerate in this window — trust the process.

Reassessment

Week 8 Coaching Touchpoint

Second scheduled 1:1 with Coach J. Morgan. Full protocol review based on your 8-week response. Adjustments made. Final push strategy locked in for Weeks 9–12.

Final Push

Optimization Phase

Maximum execution. Your closing blood panel is ordered in Week 11 to ensure results are back before your final review call.

Final Results Review Call

Your closing labs are reviewed side-by-side with your opening panel. Coach J. Morgan walks you through exactly what changed and why. Your continuation strategy is presented on this call.

These are the operating standards of The Apex Initiative. They are not suggestions.

Complete all activation steps in order. Do not skip ahead.

Your initial lab draw must be completed in Week 1. No labs means no protocol. This is non-negotiable.

Log your training, nutrition, and weekly weigh-in inside Everfit every week. If it is not logged, it did not happen.

Submit a front progress photo inside Everfit at the start of Week 1 and at the end of each month

→

Show up to your Week 4 and Week 8 coaching calls prepared — bring your data and your questions.

→

Surface problems early. Do not wait until Week 8 to tell us something is not working.

All coaching questions go through the Everfit app. Coach J. Morgan will respond usually within a couple hours.

Coach J. Morgan responds within 24 hours on business days. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, send a follow-up message inside the app.

Medical Urgency

If you experience an adverse reaction to any prescribed protocol, contact your local medical provider or emergency services immediately, then notify us through Everfit.
